EASY Fruit Crisp


Our first recipe for the Oatmeal Mix is a SUPER easy & quick Fruit Crisp. I used some frozen peaches that I put up last summer. You can use canned fruit also. You could probably even use fresh fruit (maybe adding a little minute tapioca or cornstarch to thicken) and your favorite sweetener.

This is such a simple's almost embarrassing how simple it is!

EASY Fruit Crisp

1-1/2 quarts (canned or frozen) fruit- sweetened & well-drained
2 cups Oatmeal Mix

Grease a 8x8 baking dish. Set aside. Preheat oven to 350F. Place fruit in the bottom of the baking dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.

Sprinkle Oatmeal Mix over fruit.

Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until fruit is cooked and topping is golden brown. Serve warm with ice-cream or yogurt. YUM!
