It seems that Blogger is having some technical issues with being able to load pictures from Internet Explorer. While they are working on the problem, I don't have a way to upload photos at this time. BOO!
That's okay......I'll just use this time to browse other blogs layout. I want to get an idea about what I like/don't like about my layouts. Hopefully, this will result in better looking blog (my ultimate goal). Thanks for all your patience.
