Mini Skein Goals

I have to admit, until I joined the Simply Notable group on Ravelry, I had never even HEARD of mini skeins. I know, WHERE have I been? Now, though, I just LOVE them!

Early Spring Cleaning

Hubby and I spent part of yesterday doing a little early spring cleaning.......for the birds.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I had lots of ideas for Valentine's day. However, they never got completed (sigh). Sometimes working full time gets in the way of crafting! I do have a few heart-themed crochet blocks to share, though.

In 2012, I joined several groups on Ravelry that were doing block-a-month (BAM) crochet-alongs (CAL). I enjoyed making blocks so much......I joined a few more this year!

Crochet Block of the Month

In 2012, I joined several Block Of the Month (BAM) Crochet Alongs (CAL). It was a fun way to make a block  (or two, or three) every month. The idea being, that, at the end of the year, you'd have enough blocks to put together for an afghan.
