My Valentine Gift to You
I've been knitting hats lately. Lots and lots of hats! Some people are sock knitters. I'm a hat knitter. I LOVE how quickly they knit up. They make great gifts too. Who doesn't need a hat?
I decided to write up the "recipe" I use and share it. It's my Valentine's gift to you! It's a basic beanie. Like a lot of beanies really. I like the way this beanie fits. I also like how the amount of stitches are divisible by so many combinations. It makes it much easier to find a chart pattern to use. It's divisible by 2, 3, 5, 6, 9, 10, 15 & 30. You should be able to find lots of colorwork charts that you can knit up. OR, if you prefer, create a chart using tricksy knitter chart maker.
To get you started, here's the link to the "recipe".

Then, I'm also providing a chart for you to try out. Here's the link to the chart.
Gotta Have Heart Chart
I hope everyone has a wonderful Valentine's day!
Happy Knitting!
