Merry Christmas everyone! This morning I am reflecting on the many gifts in my life by the light of our Christmas tree. There are many. The gifts of health, friends & family, employment, a comfortable home, beauty in nature, living in a country that allows freedom in worship, and of course, the greatest gift of all, The gift of Christ, our savior.
Sometimes in the frantic pace of this holiday season it can be hard to remember that the whole reason for Christmas is to celebrate Christ's birth. So, before the day gets crazy with presents and food and laughter, it's nice to have some time to remember the birth of Christ and all that it means to each one of us.
I hope that your Christmas is a good one.
